2. What data we receive

The website has no forms and does not collect personal data. When you message us on Telegram, we receive what you share in the conversation: your name, contact details and a description of your situation. We use this to book your consultation and stay in touch.

3. Legal basis

We process data to perform a contract or take steps towards one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookies and analytics

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies, no Google Analytics and no Facebook Pixel. Fonts are stored on our own website and are not loaded from third-party services.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. Conversations take place on Telegram under its terms. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which may keep technical logs for security. Data is also shared where Czech or EU law requires it.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, receive your data in a machine-readable format, object to processing and withdraw consent. To use these rights, write to Email для вопросов о данных. We reply within 30 days.

You may also complain to Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
